    How could I clean Meross Essential Oil Diffuser and how often?

    You can clean the water tank every 3~5 days or when you want to use a new essential oil. Please follow steps below.
    1. Unplug the power adapter and power cable,and then detach the cover.
    2. Pour out remaining water from the right side as shown in the picture below.
    3. Clean the water tank with a small amount of warm detergent. Wipe and dry the product with a swab. Do NOT use acid or enzymes detergent. Do NOT soak the product in water or let water go into the product. Do Not touch the generator(little dot) in the water tank, which sprays the water up and is very sensitive.

    Can I operate Meross Oil Diffuser manually without an app?

    Yes, you can operate the diffuser manually using the button. And you can also remotely control the diffuser via Meross app/Amazon Alexa app/Google Home app or voice.
